What is Rugburn Media?

At its core, Rugburn Media is a collection of documentary-style street and travel photographs by Brian Schwanebeck.

Context

It is also a story archive.

The photographs are supported by captions, notes, quotes and eventually longer essays that explain why a place or moment mattered.

Location

Based in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The project starts from Lincoln, Nebraska, but follows wherever curiosity, travel and street-level observation lead.
